Gig Harbor Custom Residence 1
This 3,500 SF custom home in Gig Harbor, WA is on a narrow lot containing a creek that runs along the side of the home. The project required a variance to reduce the setbacks and mitigate some wetland issues. With the owners consideration, we proceeded with, and successfully obtained the variance and began the design process. 
The results, as shown, are quite dramatic, reflecting the owners taste as well as his personality and his design sense. (Pictures are during process)
