you may need a more in-depth investigation. ALDB can provide you with consultation to help flesh
out the ideas you have about your project while helping to define the parameters of what you wish
to accomplish with what you can afford.

local, state, and international codes are researched along with any covenants, CCR's and
specific conditions, to reveal the particular attributes of your project. When requested, a market
analysis is performed to discover the financial viability, and finally, a report is written to describe

Construction documents can be purchased for a variety of uses, and a variety of prices.
All construction document packages are designed to obtain permit approval for which they are
created. However, the amount of information they provide may vary as requested by purchasing
one of the following packages:
-Permit documents with enough information to obtain a building permit.
-Builder documents with enough information for a builder to generally build your project.
-Custom documents including material specifications and all details that allow for every
aspect of the design to be accounted for and controlled.
